I new to screen printing I brought a expouser unit from Ryonet I this looking for good screen printing emulsion I could use for my burn my image to screen which emulsion is good for Plastisol ink I have a one color press for right now.
Right on, we would recommend that you use our AP-BLUE or PWR emulsion. Either one would be a great fit for you!
Works great ... I'm new to screen printing.. washes out easy .. for me I use a home depot 500w light and about 18in from my screen and 10min to burn the image
Overall it does get the job done how ever expect longer exposure time and less definition , I personally would not use this emulsion again. If you are dealing with the same problem I recommend using WR-BLUE WATER RESISTANT EMULSION sold on this site. I made the mistake in purchasing this batch. When washing it out with a High Pressure Hose it may Completely remove the Image transfer. WR-BLUE WATER RESISTANT EMULSION is what you need for better quality for the same price its worth it.
Pros, dries quick, easy application, easy clean up, washes out good. Cons a little pricey,
Exactly as stated.
I love this emulsion. Dry quickly and haven't had any problems with burning the screen.
