This product is ready to use or it can be diluted 1:4 with water. Ecotex® emulsion remover will economically and safely remove all types of photopolymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions without etching. Reclaiming emulsion is easy, try our Ecotex® emulsion remover today.
Ecotex® Premium Hand Cleaner
Inks, grease, & much more are no match for our hand cleaner. Our organic-based, non-toxic hand cleaner was designed to be used with or without water. This product does not leave your hands dry or with an annoying sticky film after using it.
For best results follow the steps below.
1. Start by using Ap 2 in 1 to degrease and clean any contaminants from the mesh.
2. When finished printing card excess ink away and use press wash to clean the ink off the screen.
3. To reclaim your screen spray Emulsion Remover to both sides of your screen and it will strip off once rinsed with high-pressure water.
Disclaimer: Do not let emulsion remover sit on the screen for more than 30 seconds or it can lock emulsion on the mesh.
