Shipping & Cancellation Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINE

  • All orders are shipped same day if placed before 12 p.m. Orders placed after 1 p.m will ship next day

  • Orders $60 under ship domestically at a $9.95 flat rate. 
  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 *continental USA only 
  • Generally all orders under 6 lbs ship via Fed Ex 2 Day Priority 
  • Transit times vary between 2-6 business days depending on delivery address and size of shipment 
  • Shipping prices are available on the final checkout screen of our shopping cart once all your information has been entered prior to completing the order.

  • If you need a product expedited please contact our team immediately and we will try our hardest to work out a quick transit time at a reasonable price. 
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed due to weather conditions. Refund requests for products delivered late due to weather will be processed based on the carriers delivery policies. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Due to our extremely fast processing time orders must be cancelled within 20 minutes of the order being placed. We ship out product same day before noon, in order for this process to happen we process orders immediately. 
  • If your order ships and you didn't cancel within the 20 minute window you can return the item back to us. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

USA

Screen Print Direct partners with FedEx and USPS for all domestic shipping, providing you with the best door-to-door service possible. If shipping to a PO box package will be sent via USPS. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Screen Print Direct will send international orders the most economical way. Most international orders take anywhere from 10-15 days for delivery.
