The screens are pre-stretched here in the USA by Oscar, the screen tensioning legend. Each screen is stretched to perfection, ensuring high-quality prints for each pull of the squeegee.

What Mesh Count Should You Use? 

40 - Ideal for printing with glitter inks 

110 - Great for images without high detail such as large block letters

137 - Great for all-around printing and dark garments (allows you to lay down a little more ink to make your images pop)

155 - Great for all-around printing the go-to mesh count for most print jobs

230 - Perfect for high-detail prints such as halftones

Title: "Decent Product, Disappointing Packaging" I recently purchased this product and, while the item itself seems functional, I was disappointed with the packaging. The package arrived with noticeable damage, and the frame inside was also slightly dented in the corner. Despite these issues, I can still use the product. However, the overall experience was marred by the subpar packaging, leading to a three-star rating.
