The Screen Print Direct Exposure Starter Kit gives beginner screen printers everything needed to expose a stencil using a simple, proven setup. By combining a UV LED Exposure Unit, an acrylic sheet, and compression foam pad, this system creates the tight contact needed for clean stencil exposure with minimal effort.

Perfect for home printers, small shops, and anyone getting started with screen printing.

**ACRYLIC SHEET AND FOAM SIZE DESIGNED FOR 20" x 24" SCREEN**

How It Works

1. Place the foam pad under your UV LED Exposure Unit.

2. Set the screen on the foam with the print side down so the foam seats into 20" x 24" frame.

3. Position your film positive on the coated screen.

4. Place the acrylic sheet on top of the film to apply even pressure to the entire surface.

5. Turn on the UV LED Exposure Unit to expose the screen.
