Equipment Warranty

All ONYX equipment powered by Ranar carries a 3 -2 -1 warranty.

Warranty applies to only the original purchaser on a pro-rated basis.
3 years on mechanical parts
2 years for heat panels
1 year for electrical parts

WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE

Warranty covers parts only, labor is not included. Parts must be returned to Screen Print Direct for inspection at the customer’s expense. Screen Print Direct will pay return shipping within the continental USA for covered items. UPS Ground service is available only, and expedited service is available at the customer’s expense.

Parts subject to inventory on hand.

Warranty for over-the-counter parts is good for 14 days from ship date or what the manufacturer offers, whichever is greater.
