Ecotex® Screen Printing Emulsion Scoop Coater by Screen Print Direct® is a new more affordable scoop coater. This scoop coater features a dual-sided coating edge. Use the sharp thin edge for coating higher screen mesh or use the rounded dull edge for coating lower mesh screens. This all-aluminum screen printing scoop coater is easy to hold and holds a good amount of emulsion for lengthy coating sessions. This scoop coater comes complete with end caps.

How does this differ from our silver aluminum scoop coater? The only difference is the color and the weight of the aluminum. The silver coater is a much thicker trough.

Uneven coat.

The end cap leaves a gap on the left side and it always leaves an uneven coat. The left side is very thick and the right side is perfect.
