For best results follow the steps below:
1. Make sure emulsion has been properly exposed, washed out, and completely dry.
2. Using a sponge, non-abrasive pad or rag apply Emulsion Hardener to both sides of the screen generously.
3. Allow the hardener enough time to evaporate and dry completely on the screen. Do not accelerate the drying process with a fan, to get a good result you should allow the screen to dry for 24 hours before use.
When using Emulsion Hardener, the stencil may become stronger and harder to remove. A stronger emulsion remover solution may be required along with a pressure washer for reclaim.

This shop is always great with customer service and quality products! Love love love how easy it is to shop with them and get the results I need!
Emulsion Hardner: My experience with it is with Diazo water based emulsions. Once a screen has been exposed & image washed out and screen dried, I simply spray some of the hardener on the emulsion of both sides of an exposed screen, wipe it around with a rag, and let it dry again. The emulsion hardener “doesn’t clog” the open areas of the image on the screen. It has made a big improvement to my imaged screens’ durability and no more soft sticky emulsion when it gets wet when rinsing off the ink after printing.
I was a bit hesitant because of some of the negative reviews, but price is great and some of their other products work well for me, so I gave it a shot. 1st try on a screen that had been used, washed and sun dried several times. Did not work - but then neither did the speedball remover I’m trying to replace. Emailed their customer service. They were quick to respond and helpful. Then tried it on screens as I would normally use the remover: burn a screen, not liking the results and wanting a second go, or some one off projects...the remover worked quite well and was very easy Work to reclaim the screens. Saving a fair amount of coin Compared to other removers and will definitely reorder!
Overall i liked it but after using it it put a small hole in my screen which has never happened before i used it. Dnt know if it’s because of the fabric i use to make my own screens and its having a bad reaction to the chemical. but overall i do like the product.
