Bring your designs to life with a dazzling finish using our Plastisol Glitter Base. This specially formulated ink base lets you mix in any color glitter of your choice, giving you full creative control to customize your prints. Once mixed, it prints just like standard plastisol ink—smooth, consistent, and easy to work with—while leaving the glitter on the surface for maximum sparkle and durability. Perfect for adding bold, eye-catching effects to garments, spirit wear, and standout designs.

Recommended Glitter Particle Size: .08 - Smaller and larger size glitter particles will also work, but we find this to be the most favorable particle size. Smaller glitter particles may look more like a shimmer or a frost. Larger particles of glitter will require lower mesh counts when printing in order for the glitter particles to fit through the screen. 

Directions:

1. Mixing
   • Add glitter flakes directly into Plastisol Glitter Base.
     • We recommend adding 20% glitter to the base. Ex. 10 grams of ink would require 2 grams of glitter. 
   • Stir thoroughly until glitter is evenly dispersed.
   • Adjust glitter ratio based on desired coverage and intensity.
2. Printing
   • Use a 25–40 mesh screen (low mesh count allows large glitter flakes to pass through).
   • Print in a single layer or as the top color for best sparkle results.
3. Curing
   • Cure at 270°F (132°C) or according to the garment/fabric requirements.
4. Pro Tips
   • Use coarse glitter flakes for maximum sparkle.
   • Stir before use to maintain consistency.
   • Always test on fabric before full production

Storage & Handling

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.
• Avoid direct sunlight or high heat.
