Ecotex® Screen Printing Curable Reducer by Screen Print Direct® is a Phthalate-free plastisol ink reducer and ink thinner. Add this 100% curable reducer to plastisol inks to create a softer hand and reduce viscosity. We recommend mixing 2%-5% by weight to the ink as a starting point. 10% can be added to the ink before affecting opacity. We suggest that you do a test print to check the bleed, color strength, and opacity after the reducer is added.

For best results follow the steps below.
1. Mix in 2-5% by weight depending on the ink you are using. Some plastisol ink may be able to go up to 10% by weight.
Disclaimer: Exceeding 2-5% by weight and for some plastisol ink 10% by weight, will begin to reduce the opacity of the ink.
Flashing: Flash for 2-3 seconds. Ink deposit reaches 150-250°F (65-121°C). This varies between all flash units.
Curing - Cure at 270°F (132°C) for 1 minute to 90 second period (depending on the thickness of the ink deposit and oven type.) A thicker deposit takes longer to cure, heat must penetrate through the entire ink layer.

Awesome product! Made my prints smooooth
Great product... BUT lousy FedEx shipping.. I know I'm all the way on the East Coast. Almost every liquid jug I receive from SPD arrives with lid cracked open, boxes soaked and destroyed by FedEx.
Exactly as advertised.
