As wastewater exits your washout booth, it flows directly into the SPD Filtration System, where it undergoes a 5-stage filtration process:

1. Coarse Filter

2. Medium Filter

3. Fine Filter

4. 70-Micron Filter

5. 20-Micron Final Filter

The first three filters immediately capture large solids such as emulsion flakes and ink buildup. The partially filtered water then enters a 20-gallon reservoir equipped with a high-powered industrial sump pump. Once triggered, the pump pushes the water through the final two micron filters, reducing any remaining particulate down to 20 microns for exceptionally clean output. This multi-pass system provides a significantly cleaner and more eco-friendly wastewater stream—helping your shop stay compliant and environmentally conscious.
