Ecotex exposure times - Screen Print Direct

We all want to know what the perfect exposure time is and what we have for you here is the best cheat sheet you will ever get in screen printing.

All the emulsion times have been tested by us but these are still approximate times. Everyone's exposure times can vary depending on how man coats your screen has, how dense your ink jet film was printed and so on.

Thank you for the great information you provide! For this chart, I am curious what the specs the “LED unit” category are following in terms of lumen/wattage etc…I am attempting to build my own basic exposure unit, so corresponding specs would be very helpful.

First, I really appreciate your fact sheets. In this case (emulsion) exposure time is listed only for LED and 500 watt photo lamp. Do you have the same information for direct sun and UV exposure boxes? It would be very helpful.
thank you!

Might be more useful if you specified mesh count, colour, and distance.
